The central research theme of the Columbia Integrated Systems Laboratory (CISL) is the design of integrated circuits (ICs). Activities include the development of novel circuit and signal processing techniques and of computer-aided-design tools. The application areas range from analog and digital to mixed-mode and RF integrated circuits. The research activities often span over different research groups.
