Yiping Feng

I graduated in May 2010 and currently an RF/Analog designer at MHI Consulting. My Ph.D research was under the guidance of Prof. Peter Kinget. I received my MS degree from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, Piscataway, NJ, and BS degree from Shanghai JiaoTong University, Shanghai, China, both majoring in Electrical Engineering. 


Ph.D Research
  1. Digitally assisted automatic IIP2 calibration for direct conversion receivers.
  2. High performance direct conversion receiver design fabricated in 0.13um CMOS.
  3. Ultra-low voltage (0.5V-0.6V) RF front-end design fabricated in 90nm CMOS.
