We are interested in modeling on-chip inductive noise
effects and developing static noise analysis software tools
which will take these effects into account.
Silicon-on-insulator noise analysis
This work involves developing static noise analysis software
tools that account for the unique noise effects that appear
in partially depleted silicon on insulator (PD-SOI)
circuits.
