MIM Capacitor Model

Please use the following capacitor model in your design and simulations.

You have to change the value of parasitic, Cs, each time you change the value of inductor. You may want to create a Candence model for capacitor, with using pPar command which will automatically change the value of parasitic according the formula you have given and the value of the capacitor, or you may directly use the model and recalculate the values of parasitic each time.
