Babak Soltanian

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Babak received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (GPA =4/4) from Columbia University, New York , NY in May 2006. He was a member of Columbia Integrated Systems Lab (CISL) from Jan 2003 to May 2006 and Prof. Peter Kinget was his advisor. During his study, Babak discovered innovative techniques to improve performance and efficiency of RF integrated LC-VCOs. The results of his research are presented at the prestigious IEEE Solid-State conferences and journals.

In 2006, he received the outstanding student award from Analog Devices.
