Hi, I am Anuranjan Jha. I am working towards my PhD in the EE Department of Columbia University. My research topic is Ultra-wideband Transceiver Circuit Design. Prof. Peter Kinget is my advisor. I am associated with the Kinget Group in Columbia Integrated Systems Laboratory (CISL).
I spent five wonderful years at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) before graduating with B.Tech (EE) and M.Tech (specialization in Microelectronics) degrees in August 2003. During this period, I also spent four months at the Institute of Microelectronics, Singapore working on my thesis. I worked on 'RF characterization of MOSFETs' for my thesis. I was advised by Prof. J. Vasi and Prof. M. B. Patil at IIT Bombay.
